- Currently I am having issues with exporting a character. I have everything set up correctly and have made sure that I have done all the required steps. I have done character exports fine in the past. But this one just seems to want to spit out error after error. I usually get a "vertext xxxx has no weight". However when I look at the weight table, the vertex does not even exist! It might be and issue with my computer so I will try to do the export later. I will start working on the other assets in the meantime.
- No milestones were changed, but the list of who's doing what did change a bit.
- Well so far the only issue is the character export and I have re-rigged and re-exported the character about three times now. So this issue is still in the works.
- For me, nothing seems to be working. Like I said, it might just be a problem with my computer so I will retry it later.
- Most of my time has be spent with the character. Other than that, everything seems to be going well.
- Everyone is on task and doing their part in making this project come together.

Bloggity Blug!
What stages of the (project) am I on and how is it progressing? How or what could I improve?
We are still on a fairly early stage of the project, however we are trying to get as many of the assets done as possible so there is no "rush" to finish the level at last minute. I have some assets I should move onto as soon as possible.
Did I change my (project) milestone goals? If so, why?
Our team milestones changed a little bit. We just rearranged who was doing which assets. Other then that the milestones have stayed the same.
How did I deal with the problems that came up?
I actually had a problem exporting my "Druid" character at first, and it took me a while to get it right, so I opened an old character I had successfully exported... and used that as a guide.
What is working and what is not working in the planning and implementation of the (project)?
Its kind of early to figure out what is and isn't working. Right now our group seems to be working quite well together.
Briefly describe your time spent and any problems (within the team, with a computer, etc)
I have only had the one problem with exporting the character. I ended up fixing it by saving my skin envelopes and UVWs... then I collapsed all the modifiers so that I could change the character to an editable Mesh, then re-applied the old modifiers and loaded up the saved content.
After that I spent a few hours with animation and exporting the DSQs.
Evaluate the (project) as a whole including team members, if applicable
So far its kind of hard to tell. The project seems like its going to be really cool, however I'm a little worried that when we put all the assets together in the engine, the engine is going to slow down.

B-Log
Milestone 2 what does that mean? For me it means that all of my assets are modeled, unwrapped, textured, and ready for export. What does that mean for the team? It means no rushing to create anything on my list as a last minute to do. I am beginning to work on milestone 3 which involves finishing touches on the areas of the level I am responsible for. I need to adjust a few of the textures, and find the textures I have for the characters. It has been an awkward week due to a death in the family, and my mind has been a little scattered. So far everything is on task and we are working well toward our goal. I am not aware of any issues on the project so far. I am looking forward to be ready to test our game at our 3rd milestone.

Progress?
Much of our game seems to be flowing quite well already. The old man is done (until I decide to retexture him again.) Half the other characters are done... I'm feeling quite confident so far. This next week will be dedicated to creating the landscape and checking scale.
